Our Story

Barriello was created from a desire to express Greek gastronomy, wine and hospitality through the unique character of Milos.

At the heart of this vision is Takis, the founder of Barriello, whose passion for gastronomy and wine has been shaped by years of travel, exploration and discovery. Through his encounters with different cuisines, ingredients and traditions, he developed a deeper understanding of food as a way of connecting people and places. Those experiences became the foundation of Barriello — a place where Greek gastronomy, local ingredients and genuine hospitality come together.
